By registering for Battle for the Peak, teams agree to the following: All players and coaches must complete NSID age verification prior to the event Player headshots and required documentation must be uploaded and approved through NSID Rosters will be locked prior to tournament start; no additions will be permitted after the deadline All players must be present at check-in for in-person verification and wristband assignment Tournament reserves the right to accept or deny any team entry at its discretion All teams, coaches, players, and spectators are expected to adhere to tournament rules and code of conduct Unsportsmanlike behavior may result in removal from the event without refund All registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled Schedule, format, and game times are subject to change based on registration and unforeseen circumstances Weather-related delays or interruptions will be handled in accordance with tournament safety policies Teams are responsible for ensuring all players meet age and eligibility requirements No refunds will be issued for forfeits, no-shows, or withdrawals after the registration deadline

Round Valley Youth Football League (RVYFL) respects your privacy. Information collected during registration, including team, coach, and contact details, will be used solely for tournament administration, communication, and event operations. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of event-related services. By registering, participants agree to receive communications related to the event.

Refund Policy

All team registration fees are non-refundable once paid. If a team withdraws prior to the registration deadline (May 20, 2026), a credit may be considered for a future RVYFL event at the discretion of tournament directors. No refunds or credits will be issued for teams that withdraw after the registration deadline. No refunds will be issued for weather-related interruptions, schedule changes, or other circumstances beyond tournament control. If the tournament is canceled in full, refunds or credits will be determined at the discretion of RVYFL based on expenses incurred.

By registering, I acknowledge and agree to the Round Valley Youth Football Code of Conduct, waiver of liability, and participation policies.
