Welcome to the 4rd Annual Alabama State Championships @17 Springs. Here is some information to help make your event experience more enjoyable. All games will be played at 17 Springs. PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW!!! PLEASE PASS THIS INFORMATION TO YOUR PARENTS!!!
1. Schedule: SCHEDULE NOW POSTED -CLICK HERE
2. Team Check-In ..... Teams will check in 2 hours before your first game. Please be on time. Each player will recieve a PLAYERS WRISTBAND to be worn the entire weekend. Players will not be allowed to play without it. Players can only play on one team. Each team will recieve 5 coaches plus 1 team mom. Discounted tickets (2 per team) will be available for chain crew only.. Please be in uniform.
3. Rosters .... PLEASE NOTE : ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE A PROFILE AND DIGITAL LIABILTY WAIVER -ON SPORTSCERT BY NOVEMBER 20 - CLICK HERE.
Exposure Event Roster Mangement forms must be completed by November 20th. Please check your emails. All we need is Players Name , DOB , and Jersey Number

Thank you for participating in the e 2025 Alabama State Championship @17 Sorungs. Here is some information to help make your event more enjoyable.
1. Schedule - We still have teams that haven't paid there balance . We will give you until noon tomorrow. We will release the schedule by noon on Tuesday
2. Rosters - We have emailed out exposure events roster management forms which will be used to check your team in . Rosters must be in no later than Thursday 5pm.
3. We are using SportsCert for those who do not have State ID. We will not accept NSID or Zorts. We also have liability waivers on SportsCert as well. Click here for SportsCert
4. There will be no games on Friday . We are working on a hotel to do early registration. We will let you know when we drop the schedule.
5. We will have discount advance tickets available when the schedule drops

Welcome to the Alabama State Championship. Super Regional champions will receive bids to compete in the National Youth Football Championships(NYFC) December 15-18th in Atlanta
We has assembled one of the nation’s strongest youth football scouting teams which is proud to present the nation’s first pre-season ranking youth football tournament. This statetournament which consist of top teams from around the country, guarantees (3) three games over this exciting weekend. Teams will compete in (age only) brackets, this is an unlimited weight tournament. Age brackets are as follows: 5u, 6u, 7u, 8u, 9u, 10u, 11u, 12u, 13u & 14u teams will play for the top rankings in their respective age divisions in the nation. Don’t miss this opportunity to prepare your team for a championship season by competing against the best of the best.

ORIGINAL ROSTER - EACH ROSTER MUST HAVE AN OFFICIAL LEAGUE STAMP
CERTIFICATION - ALL TEAMS WILL CERTIFY 1 HR PRIOR TO FIRST GAME. TEAMS MUST HAVE OFFICIAL STAMPED LEAGUE ROSTER WITH ALL D1 NATION HARD COPY ID'S ALL PLAYERS MUST BE PRESENT - PLAYERS CANNOT BE ADDED AFTER THE FIRST GAME. PLAYERS MUST PRESENT THERE D1 NATION HARD COPY ID. NO EXCEPTION!!
GAME TIME IS GAME TIME! (14 MIN GRACE PERIOD!) - FAILURE TO SHOW UP ON TIME WILL RESULT IN FORFEIT ... DO NOT CALL US!!!

TOURNAMENT RULES
High School Rules . Clock stops on all regular football situations
Clock will start ON THE READY WHISTLE after:
a) Out of Bounds
b) Incomplete passes
c) First downs
d) Penalties
Clock will start ON THE SNAP (1st Touch)
a) Scores
b) Change of Possession
c) Time outs
Game time is game time: If the team is 15 minutes late game will be forfeited.
5U/6U - 8 minute quarters, 2 time outs per half, Clock stops on change of possession, incomplete passes and time-outs. Coaches are allowed on field
- Kick-offs
- Extra points - Running 1pt, Throwing 2 pts
- Defensive players cannot line up over center
- Mercy Rule: After 20pt lead - Game will turn into running clock - MERCY RULE - NO BLITZING or LINING UP OVER CENTER.
7U/8U - 8 minute quarters, 2 time outs per half, clock stops on change of possession, incomplete passes and time-outs. No Coach’s allowed on the field.

Overtime - In case of overtime, ball will be placed on the 10 yd line. Each team will have the oppotunity to advance the ball and score. Should one team score and the opposing team is stopped, then the team that scored wins. If both teams score the same amount of points, then the ball is placed on 5yd and each team has 4 plays to score. If the game ends in another tie, the final overtime will be determined by penetration.
Mercy Rule: After 20pt lead - Game will turn into running clock
Age Eligibility: All players must on official league roster in order to participate. League age requirements take precedent. All players must wear wrist bands issued at certification.
Weight: Weight is unlimited for this tournament.
Uniforms: Each team must have a home and away jersey.Home Team- White ,Visitors - Dark.
Code of Conduct
Coach’s Conduct:
We expect coaches to behave professionally. Any verbal or personal attacks on referees or staff will not be tolerated. Coaches will be issued one warning. After the initial warning, the coach in question will be expelled from the competition and will not be allowed to coach the next game.
Coach’s Dress:
Coach’s must have on Team issued shirts or spirit wear. No t-shirts, wife beaters or flip flops allowed.
Coach’s Passes
Coaches must have on Coaches passes to be on the sideline. Head coach will be issued wrist bands at registration. Wristbands must be worn the entire weekend. All coaches must be signed in. We will only issue wristbands once. Each team will be issued 6 wristbands only. Two wrist bands for Chain Personnel
Parents/Fans
Parents are not allowed on playing field! Any team violating this rule will be issued a 15yd penalty at the 1st warning. 2nd warning, Head Coach will be removed from the game.
