Coaches
We are printing ID badges today !!! If yours is not in today , you will have to pay $20 on site or purchase a weekend pass to get in the event . Passes will be distributed to the head coach only .. if you aren't on his list you won't get a pass.

Rosters - We are printing out Jotform rosters tomorrow am ... please insure all your players have applied for there players card and signed the liability waiver .
If they haven't done it , we can add them at check in. Please don't stress , we will get it done
We will also need you to add your players to the exposure roster management . form. We only need Name Jersey # , and DOB. This will be used to cross reference and for media coverage
Parents - Discount ticket sales in Wednesday at Midnight. You can pick up your passes at team check-in to avoid waiting in line ... Only 4 day passes will be available for pick up .... Three day passes will be issued on Friday.
Parents can bring tents .. no food or beverage will be allowed inside. Teams can bring squirt bottles and 5 gal Gatorade water coolers. We will be checking bags - leave all firearms in your vehicle

Rosters - In an effort to clear up confusion , we are asking that all teams have there players bring a copy of there Jotform Player Card (In the phones or printed out) If they are not on the roster , we will add them at that time. SO just make sure you see a physical copy of your players card and have them show it at check in. We will issue wristbands to each player a wristband deeming him eligible to play. You cannot play with out a wristbands.
We also need you to add your players to the EXPOSURE EVENTS ROSTER MANAGEMENT FORM ... WE WILL EMAIL THIS OUT TODAY ..Just need the players name , DOB anf Jersery Number.

Coaches Passes - Coaches must register on the jotform for coaches credential. The fee is 10.30. All teams must be completed by Jiune 30. Failure to do so will cost $20 @ Check-in. We will have two weekend passes for Chain Crew (Must be 15 or older). 2 Additional wrist bands can be purchased per team for coaches with league ID. Team ID Must be presented to recieve passes.

2. Team Check-In ..... Teams will check in 2 hours before your first game. Please be on time. Each player will recieve a PLAYERS WRISTBAND to be worn the entire weekend. Players will not be allowed to play without it. Players can only play on one team. Each team will recieve 5 coaches plus 1 team mom. Discounted tickets (2 per team) will be available for certified coaches only. Please be in uniform. COACHES WILL HAVE PICTURE ID - REGISTER HERE
Early Check-In - We will have early check in on Wedneday July 2 from 4-9pm.@Mckinley HS Auxiliary Gym r. If you play @ 10:30 am on Thursday ... We highly recommend you come on Wednesday. GAME TIME IS GAME TIME

6. Format: Pool play Thursday, Friday.... Saturday. Sunday is Bracket play , for some bracket play will Saturday as well based on the number of teams. Seeding will be based on how you finish in your pool.

We are always striving to enhance your experience at D1. Here is the app we are using for check in for this years event .
1. Final Balance and Rosters are due by June 23rd .. You may pay your final balance here -click
SCHEDULES WILL BE POSTED ON 25th ... COACHES ZOOM CALL 8PM WEDNESDAY
2. Coaches and Team Admin register to receive there photo ID lanyards to gain access to the event. A recent picture can be taken on the app. Please use your government name on your ID . We will need to verify at check in. 6 Coaches/admin per team -Click Here
3.Player Information Upload- click here . Teams can upload there players information ie , state ID , passport , school ID and or birth certificate. A recent picture must be taken as well. Once team is loaded into the app . The team will not be required to bring any additional information with them . Team admins will have access to the rosters . This will serve as the team book . Team book will be good at all D1 events for up to a year.

Good Afternoon!
My name is Pat Bearducci and I am manager of group sales at the Pro Football Hall of Fame. I know that you will be having the D1 East Coast Spring Football National Championships at the Sports Complex at the HOF Village in July 3-6 and I was just reaching out to see if you will be having a desire to have your participants and your spectators visit the museum while here for the games. I think it makes sense that we work on finding a way to get either bulk tickets or group tickets for a visit to the museum during that time. If you can give me a little bit of an idea of your event (number of teams, ages, how many games, etc.) then I can work with you on the best way for people to fit a visit to the Hall of Fame in their activities that weekend. General Information
Welcome to the 3rd Spring National Championships@ Hall of Fame @Canton . Here is some information to make your D1 experience more enjoyable
1. Schedule: Will drop June 24, All teams must be available to start play Thursday, July 3
2. Early Team Check-in will be Wednesday July 2 from 4-9pm . Team check in will continue on the 3rd of July , which will be 2 hours before your first game. All players must be present .
We will only accept National Sports ID
3. Games: First Round of Pool play will begin Thursday , July 3 . Second Round of pool play will take place Friday , July 4th Once pool play is over , we will begin Bracket play.
4. Awards : D1 Champion will receive Championship Trophy , Individual Player Rings , MVP Trophy and Banner , Individual Medals
D1 2nd Place will receive 2nd Place Trophy and medals
D2 Champion will receive Silver Championship Trophy event T-shirt

Ohio High School Rules . Clock stops on all regular football situations
Clock will start ON THE READY WHISTLE after :
a) Out of Bounds

SPECIAL TEAMS
PUNTING - ONCE A TEAM CROSSES THERE SIDE OF THE 50 YD LINE ..THEY MUST GO FOR IT.
TOURNAMENT RULES
Game time is game time: If team is 15 minutes late game will be forfeited.
5U - 8 minute quarters , 3 time outs per half , Clock stops on change of possession , incomplete passes and time-outs. 2 Coaches allowed on field
- No special teams
- No Punts - Punts will be walked off 20 yds from line of scrimmage
- Extra points - Running 1pt , Throwing 2 pts
- Mercy Rule: After 20pt lead - Game will turn into running clock
MERCY RULE -NO BLITZING or LINING UP OVER CENTER.
6U- 8 minute quarters , 3 time outs per half , Clock stops on change of possession , incomplete passes and time-outs. 1 Coach allowed on field
- No Kick-offs
- No Punts - Punts will be walked off 25 yds from line of scrimmage
- Extra points - Running 1pt , Throwing 2 pts

MERCY RULE -NO BLITZING or LINING UP OVER CENTER.
7U/8U - 8 minute quarters , 3 time outs per half , Clock stops on change of possession , incomplete passes and time-outs. No Coach’s allowed on the field.
- Kick offs Only - Punts will be walked off. Must go for 4th downs on your side of the 50 yd line. (No walk offs)
- Extra points - Running 1pt , Throwing 2 pts
- Defensive players cannot line-up over center
- Mercy Rule: After 20pt lead - Game will turn into running clock - Mercy rule no blitz
9U-14U -10 minute quarters , 3 time outs per half , Clock stops on change of possession , incomplete passes and time-outs.
- All teams will perform kick offs and punts.
Overtime - In case of overtime , Ball will be placed on the 10 yd line. Each team will have the opportunity to advance the ball and score. (EACH TEAM HAS 4 PLAYS ONLY ... Should a penalty occur , then the penalty will be marked off and the play will count as a down... Last play cannot end on a defensive penalty) , If neither team scores the ball will be placed on the 5 yard line , each team will get 4 plays to score. One time during OT period. There will be no ties.
Mercy Rule: After 20pt lead - Game will turn into running clock
Age Eligibility: All players must on official league roster in order to participate. League age requirements take precedent. All players must wear wrist bands issued at certification. July 1 , 2025 is the cutoff date
Weight: Weight is unlimited for this tournament.
Coach’s Conduct:
We expect coaches to behave professionally. Any verbal or personal attacks on referees or staff will not be tolerated. Coaches will be issued one warning. After the initial warning , the coach in question will be expelled from the competition and will not be allowed to coach the next game.
Coach’s Dress:
Coach’s must have on Team issued shirts or spirit wear. No t-shirts, wife beaters or flip flops allowed.
Coach’s Passes
Coaches must have on Coaches passes to be on the sideline. Head coach will be issued wrist bands at registration. Wristbands must be worn the entire weekend. All coaches must be signed in. We will only issue wristbands once. Each team will be issued 6wristbands only.
Parents/Fans
Parents are not allowed on playing field , Any team violating this rule , will be issued a 15yd penalty at the 1st warning. 2nd warning , Head Coach will be removed from the game.
