The mission of the Winston Salem Tarheels is to make a positive and measurable impact in the lives of the children in our community, fostering confidence and a sense of self-worth, in the athletes that extend beyond the gridiron and into their school, family and community. We cultivate this in a safe environment for the youth to develop their athleticism and other necessary skills like sportsmanship, teamwork, honesty, responsibility, self-discipline, and academic preparedness. We strive to make youth football and cheer ALL-INCLUSIVE, by not excluding based on physical or financial capabilities.
