Event Ticket Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of spectator tickets for all events hosted by 300 Youth Sports Circuit (“300 YSC”). By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to the following:
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, the Spectator Waiver, and the No Refund Policy.
2. Admission
A valid ticket is required for entry. Tickets must be presented upon request and may be scanned at the gate. Lost, stolen, copied, or altered tickets may be denied admission.
3. No Refunds
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, credits, or transfers will be issued except where required by applicable law.
4. Event Schedule
Game times, venues, divisions, participating teams, and tournament schedules are subject to change without notice due to weather, safety concerns, facility availability, or other circumstances. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
5. Spectator Conduct
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully.
300 Youth Sports Circuit reserves the right to remove, without refund, any individual who:
Uses abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language.
Engages in fighting, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
Interferes with officials, athletes, coaches, volunteers, or staff.
Violates venue rules or instructions from event personnel.
Possesses illegal substances or weapons.
6. Safety & Security
For the safety of all attendees, bags, coolers, and personal belongings may be subject to inspection. Anyone refusing a lawful security screening may be denied entry without refund.
7. Photography & Media
Photography, videography, and live streaming may occur during the event. By entering the venue, you grant 300 Youth Sports Circuit permission to use your image, voice, and likeness in photographs, videos, broadcasts, promotional materials, websites, and social media without compensation.
8. Personal Property
300 Youth Sports Circuit is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
9. Parking
Parking is at the owner’s risk. 300 Youth Sports Circuit is not responsible for vehicle damage, theft, or loss occurring on event premises.
10. Weather
Events may continue during rain or other weather conditions when deemed safe by tournament officials. Delays, schedule adjustments, or venue changes do not qualify for refunds.
11. Compliance with Venue Rules
All spectators must comply with venue policies, posted signs, and instructions from tournament staff, security personnel, and law enforcement.
12. Right to Refuse Admission
300 Youth Sports Circuit reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or detrimental to the event. Removal will be without refund.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 300 Youth Sports Circuit, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, officials, affiliates, venue partners, and vendors shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or expense arising from attendance at the event, except as required by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
