I, the undersigned coach, acknowledge that participation in the Locked In Football Tournament involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage. I certify that all players on my team are physically able to participate and have proper medical clearance. I agree to assume full responsibility for my team, including players, staff, and spectators associated with us. I hereby release, waive, and discharge Locked In Sports, its staff, affiliates, venue operators, and partners from any and all liability arising from participation in this event. I agree to ensure my team follows all rules, demonstrates good sportsmanship, and respects officials, staff, and other participants. I understand that failure to comply may result in removal without refund. I also grant permission for photos/videos of my team to be used for promotional purposes.
