N.R.E.C: By purchasing your N.R.E.C ticket, you, the Ticket Holder, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Finality of Redemption: Upon successful redemption of this ticket for event entry, the ticket is considered fully utilized and non-refundable. There will be no refunds, exchanges, or credits issued for any reason once the ticket has been scanned and you have gained admission to the venue.
No Refunds for Non-Attendance: If the Ticket Holder is unable to attend N.R.E.C after redeeming their ticket, for any reason whatsoever (including but not limited to personal illness, travel delays, changes in personal circumstances, or any other unforeseen event), no refund will be issued.
Event Schedule and Participants: N.R.E.C is subject to change. While every effort will be made to adhere to the advertised schedule, the N.R.E.C organization reserves the right to modify game times, dates, participating teams, or make other alterations to the event as deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, team disqualifications, or logistical challenges. Redemption of your ticket signifies your acceptance of these potential changes, and no refunds will be issued due to any such modifications.
Force Majeure: In the event that N.R.E.C is postponed, cancelled, or otherwise unable to proceed due to circumstances beyond the control of the N.R.E.C organization (including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government mandates, or widespread power outages), the N.R.E.C organization will endeavor to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is not feasible or if the event is cancelled entirely, the N.R.E.C organization will communicate any potential options for ticket holders at that time, which may include credit towards future N.R.E.C events. However, this waiver explicitly states that once a ticket is redeemed for entry, no refund will be issued in any circumstance, including force majeure events that may lead to cancellation or postponement after initial entry has been granted.
Lost or Stolen Tickets: This waiver applies specifically to tickets that have been successfully redeemed. Lost or stolen tickets that have not yet been redeemed may be subject to the N.R.E.C organization’s separate lost ticket policy, if one exists. Please secure your tickets diligently.
Assumption of Risk: By redeeming this ticket, the Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attending N.R.E.C, including but not limited to the risk of injury from participating athletes, projectiles (such as balls), crowd behavior, or any other hazards inherent in attending a sporting event.
Compliance with Venue Rules: The Ticket Holder agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of the venue hosting N.R.E.C. Failure to comply may result in ejection from the venue without refund.
By proceeding with the redemption of your N.R.E.C ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this No Refund Waiver.
