All information added by the registering team is assumed to be correct and honest by the tournament host/organization. Any attempt to provide purposeful false information in order to gain a competitive advantage by using ineligible players, or any other means of cheating, will result in the team's dismissal from the tournament/event, without any refund of any kind. Your team could be ineligible to participate in any future Ace Athletics Group events as well.

Your information given/shared on our site will only be used for the registration and event necessities affliliated with our organization, Ace Athletics Group. Team and/or individual pictures may be taken during the event and shared on our social media accounts and website.

Refund Policy

If a team plays no games due to weather related issues as deemed by the tournament organization, team will receive a full 100% refund, minus credit card processing fees. If team plays 1 game due to weather related issues as deemed by the tournament organization, team will receive a 50% refund, minus credit card processing fees. No refunds are given to any team that participates in more than 1 tournament game. If a team chooses to withdraw from the tournament for any reason after the schedules have been published and/or the tournament has started, no refund will be given. Refund policy is only regarding the team entry fee for the tournament/event. No gate fees are refunded for any reason.

Spectator Waiver Agreement

As a spectator of any Ace Athletics Group Events, I understand that Ace Athletics Group and the host organizations, as well as the host location, are not liable for any accidents, injuries, illness that I may occur while attending the event. I understand that attending sporting events could result in unforeseen accidents and I forever waive all potential damages which may be suffered by me or my child while attending and/or participating in Ace Athletics Group events.
