General Information

Welcome to the UYS and 5 Star Nation joint preseason National double qualifer. In order to make sure you don't miss a beat and have an exceptional experience, please read the following:

The age cutoff date for certification if 7/1/2025.  This means whatever age you are on 6/30/2025 is the age you can play or higher.  EXAMPLE: An athlete can turn 13 on 7/1/2025 and would be elgible for 12u.

Certification Check-In (NSID , State ID , Passport Only):

Certiication Day: July 24th from 1pm-8pm
Pool Play Day 1: July 25th
Pool Play Day 2: July 26th
Championship Day: July 27th

1. Schedule:  Will drop June 23rd, All teams must be available to start play Friday June 27th . We will have a mandatory zoom call to release the schedule and discuss rules - Zoom Link Wednesday June 23rd 7:00 PM CST. All teams will need a representative present .

2.  Team Check-in: will be Thursday, July 24th from 1pm - 8pm @ Allison Sports Town. All players must be present .  We will cross reference the roster you submitted with the roster management form you will need to fill out when you register your team. 

We will only accept State ID, National Sports ID (Click Here), or Passports. 

3.  Games: First Round of Pool play will begin Friday, July 27th . Second Round of pool play will take place Saturday July 28th.  Once pool play is over , we will begin Bracket play on Sunday. Championship games will begin on July 29th.

4.  Awards:

5 Star Champion will receive Championship Trophy, Individual Player Rings, MVP Award. 2nd Place will receive Runner-Up Trophy and Medals

4 Star Champion will receive Individual Player Medals, MVP Award

3 Star Champion will receive Individual Player Medals

There will be NO CASH accepted for entry at the gate.  You may use any other form of electronic payment (Credit/Debit Cards, ApplePay, GooglePay, SamsungPay, and CashApp).  Tickets not purchased online through our website will incur an additional service charge of $3 per ticket at front gate during time of purchase.

There will be no outside food or pets allowed on the premises. This include game snacks for teams. Teams will only be allowed to bring in team water and Gatorade in coolers. Only team coolers will be allowed that must come in with the team.  There will be police at the gate to enforce this mandate.

GAMES WILL START FRIDAY THE 27TH AT 9AM.   Weekend passes are available for a limited time and must be purchased before Friday, July 27th to receive discount.

RULES

High School Rules . Clock stops on all regular football situations   

Clock will start ON THE READY WHISTLE after :
a)  Out of Bounds
b)  Incomplete passes
c) First downs
d) Penalties

Clock will start  ON THE SNAP (1st Touch)
a) Scores
b) Change of Possession
c) Time outs

SPECIAL TEAMS

PUNTING -  ONCE A TEAM CROSSES THERE SIDE OF THE 50 YD LINE  ..THEY MUST GO FOR IT.  

TOURNAMENT RULES

Start of Game: If team is 15 minutes late,  game will be forfeited

6U- 8 minute quarters , 3 time outs per half , Clock stops on change of possession , incomplete passes and time-outs. 1 Coach allowed on field

- Kick-offs 
- No Punts - Punts will be walked off 25 yds from line of scrimmage
- Extra points - Running 1pt , Throwing 2 pts
- Mercy Rule: After 20pt lead - Game will turn into running clock

MERCY RULE -NO BLITZING or LINING UP OVER CENTER.

7U/8U - 10 minute quarters, 3 timeouts per half , Clock stops on change of possession , incomplete passes and timeouts. 1 Coach allowed on the field.

- Kick offs Only - Punts will be walked off. Must go for 4th downs on your side of the 50 yd line. (No walk offs)

- Extra points - Running 1pt, Throwing 2 pts, Kicking PAT 2 pts (can rush on PATs)
- Defensive players cannot line-up over center
- Mercy Rule: After 20pt lead - Game will turn into running clock - Mercy rule no blitz

9U-14U -10 minute quarters , 3 timeouts per half , Clock stops on change of possession , incomplete passes and time-outs.

- All teams except 8u and under will perform special teams.

Overtime - In case of overtime, Ball will be placed on the 10 yd line. Each team will have the opportunity to advance the ball and score. (EACH TEAM HAS 4 PLAYS ONLY ... Should a penalty occur, then the penalty will be marked off and the play will count as a down... Last play cannot end on a defensive penalty) , If neither team scores the ball will be placed on the 5 yard line for each new overtime attempt, each team will get 4 plays to score.  There is only one timeout allowed per team during overtime period.  There will be no ties.

Mercy Rule: After 20pt lead - Game will turn into running clock starting in the second half (beginning of 3rd Quarter).

Age Eligibility: All players must certify and wear wristband during duration of the tournament.  All players must wear wrist bands issued at certification for all games.  If a band breaks, the player must re-certify with State Id, Passport or National Sports Id.

Weight: Weight is unlimited for this tournament.
