Thank you for participating in the 2025 3rd Annual D1 West Coast National Championships @ Mesquite Sportsplex. Registration is now closed. Here is some information to help make you experience more enjoyable.
1. SCHEDULE NOW POSTED - This is a tenative schedule . FInal Schedule will post next Tuesday - CLICK HERE
MANDATORY COACHES ZOOM - DECEMBER 15 9:00PM. PCT - Click here
2. SportsCerts Rosters - SportCerts rosters need to be completed by December 17th. You may use State ID, Birth certificates, Passports , School ID as forms of identifcation. Parents will need to sign the liability waiver. -CLICK HERE
Exposure Events Roster Management Form - Please fill out your EXPOSURE EVENTS ROSTERS NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 17th. We only need. NAME, DOB , JERSEY NUMBER
3. Coaches Code of Conduct - Each coach on your staff must provide a picture and acknowledge the code of conduct in order to get credentials @ check in- Click here
4. Team Check-in - We will have early check on Thursday December 18th from 6-9pm @ Hampton Inn ( Host Hotel) . Please use our hotel provider INNPLAY- Click Here . We will also have team check-in @Mesquite Sportsplex - 2 hours before your first game. Play will start st Noon on the 19th. Fomrat will be two pool play games , then brackets.
5. Games: First Round of Pool play will begin Friday , December 19th . Second Round of pool play will take place Saturday December 20th. Bracket play will start December 21th . Championship Games on Sunday Decmeber 21.
Once pool play is over , we will begin Bracket play. In pools of three , The top team will advance to the D1 championship , the 2nd Team in the pool will advance to the D2 or Silver Bracket championship, and the 3rd place team will advance to D3 or Bronze Bracket.
6. Awards : D1 Champion will receive Championship Trophy , Individual Player Rings , Event Shirt , MVP and Banner , Best Lineman Banner , Individual Medals. (Custom Uniforms for Age DIvisions with 8 or more teams)
D1 2nd Place will receive 2nd Place Trophy and T-Shirts
D2 Champion/Open Champions will receive Silver Championship Trophy and T-Shirts , MVP Banner.

Welcome to the WCYFNC National Championships . Here is some information to make your D1 experience more enjoyable
ALL TEAMS ARE WELCOMED
Check -in is December 19 from 8am-12pm @ Mesquite Sportsplex ...3 Game Guarantee. Age verification will be on SportsCert
1. Schedule: Will drop December 11, All teams must be available to start play Friday the 19th. We will have a mandatory zoom call to release the schedule and discuss rules
2. Team Check-in will be December 19th from 8am-12pm @ Mesquite Sportsplex .All players must be present . We will cross reference the roster you submitted with the roster management form you will need to fill out when you register your team.
We will only accept State ID, Original Birthcertificate , or Passports.
3. Games: First Round of Pool play will begin Friday 19th Second Round of pool play will take place Saturday 20th. Once pool play is over , we will begin Bracket play December 21st Championships . RULES
High School Rules . Clock stops on all regular football situations
Clock will start ON THE READY WHISTLE after :
a) Out of Bounds
b) Incomplete passes
c) First downs
d) Penalties
Clock will start ON THE SNAP (1st Touch)
a) Scores
b) Change of Possession
c) Time outs
SPECIAL TEAMS
PUNTING - ONCE A TEAM CROSSES THERE SIDE OF THE 50 YD LINE ..THEY MUST GO FOR IT.
TOURNAMENT RULES
Game time is game time: If team is 15 minutes late game will be forfeited.
5U - 10 minute quarters , 3 time outs per half , Clock stops on change of possession , incomplete passes and time-outs. 2 Coaches allowed on field
- No special teams
- No Punts - Punts will be walked off 20 yds from line of scrimmage
- Extra points - Running 1pt , Throwing 2 pts
- Mercy Rule: After 20pt lead - Game will turn into running clock
MERCY RULE -NO BLITZING or LINING UP OVER CENTER.
6U- 10 minute quarters , 3 time outs per half , Clock stops on change of possession , incomplete passes and time-outs. 1 Coach allowed on field
- Kick-offs

MERCY RULE -NO BLITZING or LINING UP OVER CENTER.
7U/8U - 10 minute quarters , 3 time outs per half , Clock stops on change of possession , incomplete passes and time-outs. No Coach’s allowed on the field.
- Kick offs Only - Punts will be walked off. Must go for 4th downs on your side of the 50 yd line. (No walk offs)
- Extra points - Running 1pt , Throwing 2 pts
- Defensive players cannot line-up over center
- Mercy Rule: After 20pt lead - Game will turn into running clock - Mercy rule no blitz
9U-14U -10 minute quarters , 3 time outs per half , Clock stops on change of possession , incomplete passes and time-outs.
- All teams will perform kick offs and punts.
Overtime - In case of overtime , Ball will be placed on the 10 yd line. Each team will have the opportunity to advance the ball and score. (EACH TEAM HAS 4 PLAYS ONLY ... Should a penalty occur , then the penalty will be marked off and the play will count as a down... Last play cannot end on a defensive penalty) , If neither team scores the ball will be placed on the 5 yard line , each team will get 4 plays to score. One time during OT period. There will be no ties.
Mercy Rule: After 20pt lead - Game will turn into running clock
Age Eligibility: All players must on official league roster in order to participate. League age requirements take precedent. All players must wear wrist bands issued at certification.
Weight: Weight is unlimited for this tournament.
Coach’s Conduct:
We expect coaches to behave professionally. Any verbal or personal attacks on referees or staff will not be tolerated. Coaches will be issued one warning. After the initial warning , the coach in question will be expelled from the competition and will not be allowed to coach the next game.
Coach’s Dress:
Coach’s must have on Team issued shirts or spirit wear. No t-shirts, wife beaters or flip flops allowed.
Coach’s Passes
Coaches must have on Coaches passes to be on the sideline. Head coach will be issued wrist bands at registration. Wristbands must be worn the entire weekend. All coaches must be signed in. We will only issue wristbands once. Each team will be issued 5 wristbands only. All American Coaches Hoodies -
Parents/Fans
Parents are not allowed on playing field , Any team violating this rule , will be issued a 15yd penalty at the 1st warning. 2nd warning , Head Coach will be removed from the game.
