Parents\Coaches,

Due to the storms that rolled in today, some games (9U ONLY) have to be played tomorrow morning at 8am before the bracket fully completes. Please look at your divisional standing to see where your game will fall at the 9U level. However, most games at 9U are relatively around the same time to help gauge what time to arrive to the fields.

We will have an 8am start time, so please review your game times. Some games are dependacy games with teams that have relatively same records in both pools.

We are really trying to make this a great experience for all the families, despite the bad lightening storms. Please continue to be patient with us as we get through the championship games tomorrow. Please use the walking path near the entrance of field #5 to gain access to those fields. Please use the attached map for direction near the RED diamond on the map.

Bullhorns are prohibited at 5 Star Nationals. Bullhorns are not allowed in the field of play area. If a bullhorn is used during the event, secuirty will ask you to remove the bullhorn.

Welcome to the 3rd Annual 5 Star Spring Nationals at Rocky Top Sports World. We want you to be armed with a wealth of information, so here is some information that will help make your experience best in class. All games will be centrally located at the Rocky Top Sports Facilities.

The age cutoff date for certification if 7/1/2025. This means whatever age you are on 6/30/2025 is the age you can play or higher. EXAMPLE: An athlete can turn 13 on 7/1/2025 and would be elgible for 12u.

Certification Check-In (NSID , State ID , Passport Only): All players that are participating must have a waiver completed at time of certification.

Certiication Day: June 26th from 1pm-8pm
Pool Play Day 1: June 27th, Games start at 9am
Pool Play Day 2: June 28th, Games start at 9am
Championship Day: June 29th, Games start at 9am

1. Schedule: Will drop June 23rd, All teams must be available to start play Friday June 27th at 9AM. We will have a mandatory zoom call to release the schedule and discuss rules - Zoom Link Wednesday June 23rd 7:00 PM CST. All teams will need a representative present .

2. Team Check-in: will be Thursday, June 26th from 1pm - 8pm @ RockyTop Sports World conference center. All players must be present . We will cross reference the roster you submitted with the roster management form you will need to fill out online when you register your team.

We will only accept State ID, National Sports ID (Click Here), or Passports. We will not accept birth certificates.

3. Games: First Round of Pool play will begin Friday, June 27th . Second Round of pool play will take place Saturday June 28th. Once pool play is over, we will begin Bracket play on Sunday based on your performance in pool play.

4. Awards:

5 Star Champion will receive Championship Trophy, Individual Player Rings, MVP Awards. 2nd Place will receive Runner-Up Trophy and Medals

4 Star Champion will receive Individual Player Medals, MVP Award, NO Runner-Up awards

3 Star Champion will receive Individual Player Medals, NO Runner-Up awards

All champions will earn bid to Fall Nationals held in Atlanta, GA in December 12, 2025

There will be NO CASH accepted for entry at the gate. You may use any other form of electronic payment (Credit/Debit Cards, ApplePay, GooglePay, SamsungPay, and CashApp). Tickets not purchased online through our website will incur an additional service charge of $3 per ticket at front gate during time of purchase.

There will be no outside food or pets allowed on the premises. This include game snacks for teams. Teams will only be allowed to bring in team water and Gatorade in coolers. Only team coolers will be allowed that must come in with the team. There will be police at the gate to enforce this mandate.
