2nd Annual Turkey Touchdown Pacers Elite

We wanted to thank each of you again for participating in the 2nd Annual Turkey Touchdown youth football tournament last weekend, and we hope that each of you enjoyed the event.

As we will always strive to improve on all fronts of our tournament hosting, please feel free to contact us with any positive or negative feedback that you would like to discuss regarding the event. We'd appreciate it if you could answer the following questions so we can utilitze moving forward:

1. What did you like and dislike regarding the facilities/venues that your team participated at?

2. How did our event compare (positive and negative) to other events that you have participated in locally, or around the country?

3. Would you prefer that the event stays as an open division event where all teams of all skill levels compete in the same divisions, or would you prefer that we offer separate recreational/league and travel team divisions to better balance the teams in each division?

4. Based on your experience at this year's event, would you be likely to participate in the 3rd Annual Turkey Touchdown on November 8-9, 2025?

We lost a 10U team today. Unfortunatley due to this news, a couple of slight changes had to be made to the overall schedule that may affect a few teams start times. Please pay close attention to the updated schedule to make sure you and your team show up at the proper times.

As for the 10U division, each team is still guaranteed 3 games and it is now structured as a round robin setup where you will still play 2 games on Saturday, with the additional 1 game per team on Sunday that will determine the champion and runner up for the division.

I apologize, the previous email did not contain the attachment. This is the updated email with the attachment included.

Please fill out the roster form with the appropriate information requested. If you could type on the form and email back to us prior to the weekend, that would be fantastic. We will utilize this form and add your players weight to the form during the weigh in process, so please leave that column blank and we will fill it in onsite. Please list players in chronological order for ease of viewing by our scoreboard operators and PA's, as we plan to have each onsite for all games.

Please have a parent per participant on your team review the roster/waiver liability release form and have them print and sign their name in the appropriate boxes next to their participant. They are welcome to type on the form in both columns as well if preferred, as that will act as their signature also.

We would like to thank you for registering for the 2nd Annual Turkey Touchdown youth football tournament, scheduled for November 9-10.

The team list is now posted on the exposure event page. Please review the team list for accuracy to make sure your team is in the correct division.

The schedule will be finalized over the next two days and will be live on the exposure events site by 4:00pm (eastern time) on Wednesday, November 6.

We have a mandatory (for head coaches) zoom meeting scheduled for Wednesday, November 6 at 7:00pm (eastern time). Assistant coaches are encouraged and welcome to attend this meeting as well. During the meeting, we will discuss important event details such as the event playing rules, weigh in details, event game schedule, and more. The zoom link will be shared tomorrow or Wednesday morning for your convenience.
