- Ranked on our D1 National Poll
- State or League Champions
- Placed in the top 4 of a D1 National Qualifier
- Invite from D1 State Director
- Reigning Gold Champions (Automatic Bid). 2024 Spring Nationals Champions or 2023 D1 National Champions

215 Extreme wil be playing the winner of the 2:30 game The Sho vs. Upnexxt Ravens.
