Event Itinerary:

Team check-in 9am -5pm Friday, December 13 @ Harold Patterson Sports Center - NO THURSDAY CHECK IN

First round pool games 12-9pm December 13 @ Harold Patterson Sports Center

Second Round Pool Games 9am -7pm December 14th
@Harold Patterson Sports Center

First round Bracket play 9am-7pm December 15th @Harold Patterson Sports Center

Championship Games D1,D2,D3 9am -7pm December 16th @ Harold Patterson Sports Center and McGowan Field, Desoto

2. Team Check-in will be Friday December 13th from 9-5 pm @ TBA All players must be present . We will cross reference the roster you submitted with the roster management form you will need to fill out when you register your team. TEAMS WITH NATIONAL SPORTS ID WILL GET PRIORITY CHECK IN . We will accepts State ID, Passports

AGE CUT OFF -JULY 1

4. Awards : D1 Champion will receive Championship Trophy , Individual Player Rings , Event Shirt , MVP Trophy and Banner , Best Lineman Banner , Individual Medals. D1 2nd Place will receive 2nd Place Trophy and T-Shirts
D2 Champions will receive Silver Championship Trophy and T-Shirts
D3 Champion will receive Silver Championship Trophy
D1 Flag Champion - Trophy , RIngs , T-Shirts

We will be closing registration on Sunday, Schedule will be out on Monday. We apologize for the inconvenience .

Mandatory Coaches Zoom Call will be Monday @ 8pm . We will email the link along with the schedule.

All rosters must be in no later Wednesday December 11th

There will be no check in on Thursday, Check in will be open all day on Friday. Teams must check in 2 hours before there first game. Teams with NSID will be given priority at check-in ... no waiting !!!
