IMPENDING WEATHER ALERT: PLEASE READ
Parents:
It is our absolute intent to provide quality events for the teams , coaches and parents that participate in out events. We have just been informed by the city of Desoto that an impending ice storm is rapidly approaching this area , which will cause the city to shut down and all activities will be canceled. Therefore ,we must take into consideration the safety of all our families and directors. You have all come a long way and we want you to be able to leave here in a timely matter.

With that being said, we have made the difficult decision to revamp our schedule in order to finish all games tomorrow (Sunday). We understand that the event was scheduled for 4 days but given the circumstance and the potential of being shut down without finishing the championship games as intended is not a good solution, the kids deserve a chance to finish.

We know we may take some heat for this decision but safety is our main concern. Please standby as we change the schedule. The format will change 2 20 twenty minute halves running clock games, losers go home.

We apologize for the inconvenience, however this matter is beyond our control.
We will have the revised schedule posted shortly.

Tourament Itinerary

Final Schedule Drops January 3rd
Team Check-In. Thursday , January 11th 4-9pm @ Kinkaide Statium
Team Check-in Friday , January 12th @ the field you play at

2. Team Check-in
All players must be in attendance . Must have your team book with National Sports ID. Please set up your team on National Sports ID - click here
Each player will recieve a color wristband , which must be worn daily.

Each coaching staff will receive 8 wrist bands - 6 for Coaches - 2 for Dedicated Chain Crews

3. Exposure Event Roster: Management forms must be completed no later than 5pm Monday , January 8th. No exceptions . Must have at the minimum . Name , DOB, Jersey #

Silver Champion/Open Champions will receive Championship Trophy and T-Shirts

Bronze/D3 Champion will receive Championship Trophy .
