Waiver and Participation Acknowledgment By registering a team for Midwest Athletic Conference league play, the registering coach, team representative, or club representative confirms that they are authorized to register the team on behalf of the participating club, organization, athletes, coaches, team staff, and parents/guardians. The registering team/club agrees that all athletes, coaches, team staff, and applicable participants must complete the required MAC waiver documents prior to participation in any MAC league activity. This includes, but is not limited to, player/parent waivers, coach/team staff waivers, and any applicable conduct or participation acknowledgments required by the league. Each participating club is responsible for distributing, collecting, and maintaining completed waiver forms for its athletes, coaches, and team staff. By completing registration, the registering team/club confirms that all required waivers and acknowledgments will be completed prior to participation and agrees to provide documentation to MAC upon request. Participation in MAC league play also confirms agreement to follow all applicable MAC rules, policies, procedures, code of conduct expectations, and league decisions as outlined in the current MAC League Rulebook, Cheer Handbook, and official league communications.

Midwest Athletic Conference collects and uses information necessary to operate league events, team registration, roster tracking, scheduling, communication, and related league administration. Information collected may include team or club names, coach and club director contact information, athlete names, grade/division information, roster details, parent/guardian contact information when provided, waiver or acknowledgment records, payment or registration details, and information submitted through league forms, the MAC website, or the Midwest Athletic Conference app. MAC uses this information for league operations, including team registration, roster management, scheduling, standings, communication with clubs and coaches, rulebook compliance, safety, eligibility, and administrative purposes. MAC does not intentionally collect registration information directly from children. Team and club representatives are responsible for submitting registration information with appropriate parent/guardian permission where required. MAC may share necessary information with league administrators, participating clubs or teams, officials, event staff, registration platforms, payment processors, scheduling providers, communication tools, or other service providers used to operate league activities. MAC does not sell personal information. Photos, videos, or event media may be used for league communication, website content, app content, social media, promotional materials, or historical records unless otherwise restricted by an applicable club, parent/guardian, or participant agreement. MAC takes reasonable steps to protect information submitted through league systems; however, no website, app, or online platform can guarantee complete security. Information may be retained as needed for league operations, records, compliance, safety, dispute resolution, or administrative purposes. Refund Policy

Midwest Athletic Conference registration is team and club based. Registration fees are paid to secure participation in MAC league activities and to support league operations, scheduling, administration, staffing, technology, and season preparation. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Midwest Athletic Conference. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Once a team or club has registered, submitted roster information, been included in scheduling, or participated in any MAC league activity, registration fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for forfeits, team withdrawal after scheduling has begun, failure to participate, player absences, disciplinary removal, rule violations, or failure to meet league requirements. Weather, field conditions, facility issues, or other circumstances outside the league’s control may result in schedule changes, delays, relocations, or rescheduled games. These situations do not automatically qualify for a refund. If MAC cancels a division, event, or season before league play begins and no reasonable alternative is provided, MAC may issue refunds or credits at its discretion. Any approved refund may be reduced by administrative fees, processing fees, payment platform fees, or other non-recoverable league expenses. By completing registration, the registering team or club acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
