WVYFC Families,

We would like to pass along the information and invite you to go check out the Elite 11 Event happening this Sunday (4/30) at Sheldon Highschool! 9am-3pm.

Sheldon High School staff and volunteers will be hosting the premier quaterback event in the nation, bringing togather the nation's top signal callers each offseason to compete nad improve their skillset both on and off the field.

$3 SHS Student
$5 Individual
$10 Family

FOOD AND CONCESSIONS:
Pizza, drinks and food will be available for purchase.
We are hoping to have a couple food trucks on site as well.

Go check out some of the top class of 2024 quaterbacks and support Sheldon Highschool Football this Sunday.

All Game Video that was purchased Friday and Saturday at Autzen can be picked up at the Admissions booth throughout today.

All game video not picked up will be given to association presidents after the weekend has commenced.

WVYFC Families,

We've made it to the bowl games at Autzen! Coaches and Parents should have already received their respective letters regarding the weekends events and what to expect. We just wanted to send out a reminder that K/1 and 2/3 is a Rookie Tackle TRAINING Division. Its tradition that you see every K/1 and 2/3 team at Autzen, the kids really love this experience and we would like to be able to continue it for years to come. Just as with the rest of the season please remember that your kids are still learning fundamentals, most of the coaches are new to our program and still finding what works and the officials are learning. Coaches and Parents remember to give these officials grace as well as the rest of the volunteers, there will be a zero tolerance for disrespect within the Stadium. We are here for your kids to have the best experience we can provide.

A few key reminders for Autzen:
-No articifical noise makers
-Nothing on the field with your player but water
-No spectators will be allowed on the field for any reason
-There will be designated photographers on the field to capture the moments, these photos will be posted on social media through out and after the weekends events.
-Memorable Programs, apparel, and game video will be available for purchase throughout the weekend

Today WVYFC is hosting a fundraiser at BJ's Restuarant and Brewhouse! Take the attached flyer in with you and 20% of all proceeds are coming back to WVYFC. The league will use these proceeds to help offset costs associated with running our Championship weekend at Autzen Stadium.

COACHES ONLY:

The link to enter your game scores has been published on the leagues website. You can find it at www.wvyfc.com under the schedule tab. Please be sure to enter your score as soon as possible after the game as ended, the sooner the better especially as we get closer to playoffs. If you do not enter your game score within 24 hours of your game you may not contest the score the opposing team entered.
